I Didn't Go to School for This

I went to trade school to learn how to help people's bodies feel better, not build websites. You shouldn't have to come home from a full day of physical work and start a second job online.

I Didn't Go to School to Build a Website

I went to trade school to learn how to help people's bodies feel better. Nobody handed me a syllabus on web design, booking software, or how to make a site show up when someone searches "massage therapist near me." That was never the job. And honestly, I'm not a computer person — never have been.

What My Day Actually Looks Like

Here's what my day actually looks like when I'm on my own: I'm on my feet all day, hands and forearms doing the work, focused on one client after another. That's real, physical labor. By the time I get home, I'm tired in a way that has nothing to do with a desk job. And what I want at that point is to be with my family. I had a family for a reason — I want to see them. I want to be present for dinner, for game night, for the small stuff, not staring at a laptop trying to figure out why my "student website" from some builder tool looks broken on mobile.

The Second Job You Never Signed Up For

But that's exactly where a lot of solo therapists end up. You finish a full day of physical work, and then you clock into a second job you never signed up for — trying to be your own web developer, your own IT support, your own marketing department — at ten o'clock at night when you have nothing left to give it. And it shows. The site looks like it was built exhausted, because it was.

That's not how I should be spending my evening. It's not how any of us should be spending it.

The Problem Club Solo Solves

That's the actual problem Club Solo solves. Not "here's a website builder with more templates." It's that you get to skip that whole second job entirely. It's everything you need it to be, without you having to become someone you're not.

So instead of coming home and opening a laptop, you come home and actually enjoy your life. Grab that glass of wine. Play the family game. Make a good dinner and actually sit down and eat it, instead of eating standing up while you troubleshoot a booking widget.

Solo, not alone.

That's not just a nice line — it's the whole point. You're not alone in this, because you've got the club.
